What We Install

  • Complete home wiring – Service entrance, main panel, branch circuits, outlets, and switches for new construction
  • Room additions & renovations – Extending existing systems or upgrading service to handle new loads
  • Kitchen & bathroom circuits – GFCI protection, dedicated appliance circuits, and proper lighting
  • Basement finishing – Outlets, lighting, and panel capacity for living spaces or workshops
  • Garage & outbuilding wiring – Subpanels, lighting, receptacles, and equipment circuits
  • Outdoor installations – Landscape lighting, outlet posts, pool and spa wiring with required bonding

Code Compliance and Permitting

We handle the paperwork. Every installation includes permit applications and inspection scheduling. Our work meets the National Electrical Code and New Jersey state amendments—no shortcuts, no surprises when the inspector shows up.

Why Proper Installation Matters

Electrical systems installed correctly the first time don't cause problems later. Properly sized wire prevents voltage drop and overheating. Correct breaker ratings protect circuits without nuisance tripping. Accessible junction boxes mean future troubleshooting doesn't require demolition.

We label panels clearly, document circuits, and leave you with a system that's easy to maintain and safe to expand.

How it works
01

Site Assessment & Planning

We review plans, calculate loads, and determine service requirements. For renovations, we assess existing capacity and identify any upgrades needed to support new circuits.

02

Permit Application

We pull all required electrical permits and submit plans to your local building department. You'll know the timeline and inspection schedule before work begins.

03

Installation

We rough in boxes and conduit, run wire, install panels and devices, and make all connections. Work is staged to coordinate with other trades and keep the project moving.

04

Inspection & Final Connection

We schedule inspections, address any notes, and complete final connections. Once approved, your system is energized and ready for use.

Common questions
Do I need to upgrade my electrical service for an addition?+

It depends on your current service size and the new load. We calculate total demand including the addition. Many homes with 100-amp service need an upgrade to 200 amps when adding significant square footage or high-draw appliances.

How long does a typical installation take?+

A full new-home rough-in takes several days depending on size. Room additions and basement finishes are often completed in one to three days for rough-in, then a day for trim-out after walls are closed. We coordinate with your project schedule.

What happens if the installation doesn't pass inspection?+

We correct any issues at no additional cost. Our installations are done to code from the start, so failures are rare. If an inspector has a specific requirement, we address it immediately and schedule re-inspection.
