EV Chargers
Professional electric vehicle charging station installation for your home or business. Code-compliant setup with proper circuit sizing and permit handling.
Site Assessment
We evaluate your electrical panel capacity, determine the best charger location, and confirm circuit requirements for your EV model.
Permit and Planning
We pull the electrical permit, order materials, and schedule the installation at your convenience.
Installation
We run the dedicated circuit from your panel, mount the charging station, and make all connections to manufacturer specifications.
Inspection and Testing
We coordinate the municipal inspection, test the charger with your vehicle, and walk you through operation and safety features.
Do I need to upgrade my electrical panel to install an EV charger?+
Not always. We perform a load calculation to determine if your current panel has enough capacity. Many homes can accommodate a Level 2 charger without an upgrade, but older panels or homes with high electrical demand may need additional capacity or a load-management solution.
How long does installation take?+
Most residential installations take four to six hours, depending on the distance from your panel to the charger location. If we need to upgrade your panel or run conduit across a long distance, the job may take a full day or require a second visit after inspection.
Can I install the charger myself?+
No. EV charger installation requires a licensed electrician and an electrical permit in New Jersey. DIY installations void your charger warranty, violate code, and create serious fire and shock hazards. We make sure it's done safely and legally.
